COVID-19.

General Services and Best Practices

  • As always, we will continue to minimize risk of contamination by keeping our environment clean and safe with regular, thorough sanitizing.
  • If you are sick, we strongly advise you to stay at home and pass your condolences on to the family via online guestbooks or with a sympathy card, gift or flowers available on the online memorial.
  • Avoid physical contact such as handshakes or hugs. Cough or sneeze into a tissue, dispose immediately and then wash your hands with soap and water.
  • If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not your hand.
  • Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from other individuals when in public.

How to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19

There is currently no vaccine to prevent the COVID-19 infection. The best way to prevent infection is to avoid being exposed to this virus. Everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory viruses include:

  • Clean your hands often with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60-95% alcohol, or wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Soap and water should be used preferentially if hands are visibly dirty.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
  • Put your used tissue in a waste basket.
  • If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not your hand.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Follow local state & federal guidelines:
  • Follow April 15th mandate, and subsequent updates, for all individuals to wear a mask or mouth/nose cover.
  • Check frequently and follow recommendations by local, state, and Federal guidelines.
