Brandon David Wyatt was born at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. on August 9, 1979 to James E. Wyatt and Hazel L. Mingo. He was raised in Silver Spring, Maryland where he attended The Barrie School and Sandy Springs Friends School before graduating from Springbrook High School in 1997. Brandon continued to live in various places in Maryland throughout his life, before suddenly departing this life in Silver Spring on May 2, 2023.

Brandon attended University of Maryland, College Park before starting his professional life. For several years, Brandon dedicated his professional life to working with adults with special needs. Brandon went on to receive certifications from Lincoln Tech in HVAC, and a BS degree from University of Maryland University College (UMUC) in Cybersecurity. Upon his death, Brandon was a Data Center Technician at Netsphere Technologies where he was recognized by his colleagues for being a team player and making an impact within their client services division.

When not working or spending time with family and friends, Brandon liked to travel, try new foods, stay active on social media and root for his favorite NFL team, the Denver Broncos.

He leaves to cherish his memory a girlfriend, Renea Jones and daughter, Angelique, his mother Hazel Mingo (Geoffrey) of Silver Spring, Maryland and his father, James Wyatt (Susan) of Ft. Washington, Maryland. Also surviving, are his 2 brothers, Michael Mingo (Shellie) of Columbia, Maryland, Ellis Yeadon (Nancy) of Columbia, Maryland and sisters, Kimberly Mingo of Lanham, Maryland, and Gillian Yeadon Rainey (Justin) of Owings Mills, Maryland. He also leaves his godmother, Shelia Parker of Gainesville, Florida, and his godfather, Gregory McQuater of Irvine, California, nieces and nephews, cousins, as well as extended family and friends.
