On Friday, November 25, 2022, Calvin C. Barnes affectionately known as “Black” entered eternal rest. Calvin was the life of any party and enjoyed going to the go-go. Calvin also enjoyed planning and going on trips with his groups. Calvin was dedicated to his job as a Metro escalator/elevator technician, he enjoyed training new people that came on board with Metro. Calvin was also a dedicated Son, Father, Husband, and Brother, Calvin leaves to cherish the beautiful memories of his beloved (Mother) Bernice Farmer Barnes, (Wife) Michelle Barnes, (Four Children) Destyne’ Ford, Devin Massey, Andrea’ Barber, Tar’EL Barnes, (Two Stepchildren) Keith Smallwood, Nia Williams, (Brother) Byron Barnes, (Grandmother) Mamie Lee Moss.
Calvin proceeded and was comforted in passing by his (Father) Joe Cephus Barnes and (Grandfather) Clifton Lee Farmer.
