It is with extreme heartache that we announce the passing of Charlene Fullard who departed this life on March 4, 2024. She is survived by two sons, Jonathan and Branden; two daughters, Aisha and Gabriel; four grandchildren, Amirah, Janasha, Amohri, Darius; her mother, Pauline McClendon, two brothers, Vernon (Shelita) and Herman (Colette); and a sister Denise (Brian) and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by Herman C. Fullard, Sr. and her sister Barbara Ann Fullard.
