Charles L. Marshall, of Capital Heights, Maryland, was born February 1963 in District of Columbia, to late Carolyn Beasley and Charles H. Marshall, passed away at age of 60 on June 2023 in Glenn Dale, Maryland. Charles was preceded in death by his mother Carolyn B. Marshall, grandparents; Fannie Sue and step grandfather Leroy (Sut) Wells, grandfather Thomas Long Sr., Helen and George Marshall Sr., godmother Marie Hall, favorite Uncle James E. (Turp), and many more uncles, aunts, and cousins. He is survived by daughters; Shaniqua and Michelle, and son; Tamir, dearest friend; Gina, father; Charles H., sister; Carolyn D. (Nisey), brother; Clifton Zachery, nephew; Keith, niece; Alexis, aunt; Pat, and her two daughters/his double first cousins; Anne (Daph), and Lisa. He graduated from Bladensburg High School. He then joined the Military, served 7+ years. A former Sergeant at the United States Army, a former Police Sergeant at DC Government, a former Life Insurance Agent, a former processor at Nordstrom, and an Insurance Representative at Transamerica. Growing up he liked to play pickup basketball. Later he got to play softball with his mother. Was a diehard Washington Redskins fan like his mother. A member at Shiloh Baptist Church of Landover Maryland where he was an Usher. His mother was and his father is a member of Shiloh.
