The clock of life is wound but once, and no one has the power to tell just when the hand will stop. It may stop at a late hour or early hour. Clinton Barry Mack’s clock was first wound on Sunday June 18, 1961 when he was born to Joe Mack Jr and Freddie Lee Mack in Oakland, California. Clinton and his family moved to Maryland where he graduated from Largo High School. He started to work before he graduated from high school and held several positions with various companies such as detailer with Steve Kemp Auto; Maaco Paint Shop; Proctor’s Detailers; Shipping and Receiving Clerk at NASA Goddard Space Flight; and Security Guard for M Security Company. Every person lives, loves, and toils with a will to place no faith in tomorrow, for the clock of life may then be still. Clinton’s clock of life stopped on Sunday, January 7, 2024, and God’s Mighty Arms embraced him. He leaves to cherish his memories, a loving mother Freddie Perry; a loving stepfather Jimmy Perry; two loving daughters Crystal Mack and Australia Mack; Crystal’s mother Manita (Candy) Pruitt; four grandchildren Regina Mack, Asia Bingham, Karmai Mack, and Da’Mari Mack; nieces and nephews Danielle Mack, Donte Mack, Yolonda Mack, Dae’Lonte Mack, Daejon Mack and Dominic Mack; a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A special thanks to Sheila Anderson, Gertrude Thompson and family, Rosa Williams, Shirley Southerland, Beverly Hudson, Mary Williams, Mary Woods and family, Regina Nance, Mary Talley, Lisa Shepherd, Jasmine Doule, Joyce Terry, Gloria Jacobs, Hakeem Shepherd, Terrell Nance, Wayne Day and family, Michael Wedge and family, Dalerie Beard and family; Malcolm and family; “Hawk” and a host of friends.

A special special thanks to Steve Kemp who stood by Clinton through all of his
ups and downs over a 40 year period.
