Entered into eternal rest on Friday, April 21, 2023. He is survived by his beloved wife: Christine; three children: Teon, Doneen “Neena”, and Christine “Tina”; four grandchildren: Jasmyn, Teon Jr., Leyoness, and Arianna; brother: Kirklin Jr.; nephew: Benjamin; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Frazier will lie in state at J.B. Jenkins Funeral Home, 7474 Landover Rd.; Landover, MD 20785, on May 19, 2023, the viewing at 12:30pm and the service at 1:30pm. Interment at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.
