Donna Jean Stroud Baddy departed this life on Friday, August 18, 2023.
Donna was born in Washington, DC to the late Louis and Winifred Stroud on May 24, 1947.
She attended DC Public Schools and graduated from McKinley Tech High School. Donna later attended Johnson C Smith University in Charlotte, NC where she obtained a bachelors degree in Accounting. She was employed with the U.S. Department of Labor for over 30 years where she worked as an Accountant. She retired in May 2010.
Donna had a love for her tabby cats, football (Washington Team), baseball (Orioles) and was an avid reader.
She will be dearly missed by her dear friends Elvina Nowell and Wilhelmina Rucker, cousins Annie Delores Nesbitt, Dorothy Jean Gray, Harolyn Boulware, Barbara Zimmerman, her Circle (T) girlfriends and many other friends.
