Duane Anthony Smallwood, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. He was 27 years old.
Duane was born on September 10, 1996 to Kiva Smallwood and Darnell Morrison in Cheverly, Maryland. He graduated from Fairmont Heights High School in 2014.
Duane was well-known in the community both for his skills as a restaurant and banquet server and for his love of music. He made friends wherever he went, with people of all ages. Duane was interested in the world around him and had hoped to travel. He won't have that chance, but he would have wanted others to get that opportunity.
Duane is survived by his parents, Kiva Smallwood (Angela Smallwood) and Darnell Morrison; his children, Alyssa Frazier and Mason Jackson; and his sisters, Deyonna Morrison and Brittany Master. He also leaves his maternal grandparents, Deborah Smallwood and James Smallwood; and his paternal grandparents, Leon and Valerie Morrison. He is also survived by his longtime companion, Kiearrah Frazier and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
