Elizabeth Ann Robinson “Lilly” (Parker) was born in Prince George’s County Maryland on June 2, 1959, the seventh of twelve children born to the late Charles and Gloria Parker. She departed this life on September 23, 2023.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her late husband Wayne; sons Antoine and Maurice; parents Charles and Gloria; siblings Jimmy, Frankie, Greg, David, and Bruce.

Elizabeth leaves to cherish her memory a loving family; JoAnn (Anton), Charles, Jr. (Robin), Elsie, Percy (Mira), Timothy, Carol (Shawn); and many nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Elizabeth was a wonderful mother, sister, and friend. She will truly be missed by her family and everyone who knew and loved her.
