Goldie T. Jones affectionally known as Candi or Theresa by close family members and friends suddenly passed away peacefully in her sleep, on Thursday, December 7, 2023. She was born to the late Jesse Earl Beasley and Armenta Gill-Lathan. She was the youngest of three children who preceded her into eternal rest the late James Brown and Johnsie Smalls. She had three children two of whom also preceded her into eternal rest Trina Coore and Harry Wilbon, Jr. She is survived by her loving daughter Kelice (Kelly) Middleton her son in law C. Sean Middleton, her dedicated and loving life partner Norman Beckford.; Six grandchildren: Travon Bellamy, Tiffanie Bellamy, Kayla Middleton, Hugo Coore, Jr., Danielle Coore, and Kendra Ross. Nine great grandchildren; Terre’, Terria, and Andre Stevens (Tiffanie), Alessandro, Milena, Luciano, and Amais Bellamy (Travon), and Cairo and Karsyn West (Kayla). Two nephews James and Anthony Smalls. Two best friends Gwendolyn Riddick and Brenda (Pinky) Mitchell and a host of other relatives and friends.
