Jackie Luther Monroe, Jr, of Hyattsville Maryland, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 9, 2022. Jack was born on May 28, 1969 in East Meadow, New York to Jackie and Linda Monroe. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Anitra Fitzgerald-Monroe, his sons Jackie Luther Monroe, III (Alivia), Jason Alexander Monroe and Micah Xavier Monroe; parents, Jackie Luther Monroe, Sr. and Linda Rigaud Monroe; brother, Eric Monroe (Laura); sister, Joline Monroe; grandchildren, Jackie Luther Monroe, IV and Skylar Ariana Monroe; nephews, Brandon Hernandez (Tyasia), Eric Monroe, Jr (Lyric), Desmond Monroe, Donovan Monroe, and Jacob Michael Goff; and a host of other close family and friends.
