Jaunita Edwards, age 83, of Seat Pleasant, MD passed away at her home on Saturday, December 30, 2023. She was born in Washington, DC on December 22, 1940 to the late James & Margaret Pleasant. She is a graduate of Mckinley Tech High School, class of 1959. Juanita is survived by her three children; Robin Bates; Rickey Edwards (Tomiko); and Renaldo; one sister, Jean S. Powell (Ernest); seven grandchildren; Tiaira, Te~a, Zion, Jewel, Daran, Briana, and Sydni; and one great-grandchild, Xuri; one nephew, Erek Powell and one great-niece, Ereka Powell; and a host of other family and friends.
