Obituary
Leon Melvin Harper "Danny" - departed his life on February 14, 2024. He was born to Bernard and Joanna Harper on November 6, 1964, in Cheverly, Maryland.
Danny received his education from Prince George County Public Schools. Danny later attended Lanham Vocational School for his automotive mechanical training. During his mechanical training, Danny discovered his true talent and passion for fixing cars. Danny was always known as the "neighborhood mechanic," helping others with their car needs.
Danny is survived by his sisters, Gloria Harper, Joyce Fitzgerald, Katherine Harper, and Bridgette Tally; Brother, Francis Harper; Niece: Taleyia, Ebonee, Ivoree, Desiree; Nephews, Warren, Jerome, Jr., Darryl, Jeremiah, Ronnell, Darnell, Todd and a host of relatives and friends.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard & Joanna Harper; his brothers, Charles, Jerome, Tyrone, Bernard Jr.; sister, Shirlene Harper; his niece, Jeanette Harper; and nephew, Maurice McPherson.
