Samantha Denise Lebbie was born to the late Brenda Donovan and Samuel Lebbie on June 19, 1986. The beloved daughter, friend, and loved one was called home to be with the Lord on September 6, 2023.

Samantha, also known as Sam or Sammie by her family and friends, worked for the federal government for 10 years. She was well respected in her community and in the modeling industry, where she served as a mentor for prospective models. She was also a motivational speaker, offering words of encouragement and hope to many. She served in her community, volunteering at food drives, back-to-school giveaways, and other community outreach events. Education was also important to Samantha. She graduated from Dunbar Senior High School in 2004 and later studied business at Coppin State University.

Samantha was exceptionally gifted, with a heart of gold. She touched the hearts of many of the people she encountered. She was not just a daughter, a friend or a loved one. She was a fashionista, a diva, a teacher, an entrepreneur of many successful businesses, and so much more. Samantha was brave, resilient and loving. She wore a smile that lit up a room. Most importantly, she accepted the Lord Jesus Christ and loved Him with all her heart.

She is survived by her father, Samuel (Jeannine), brothers Chris Lebbie (Latoya), Neshard Walker, Samuel Lebbie, Jr., and Michael Lebbie, a host of cousins, 3 nieces, a nephew, 4 God children, and several childhood friends. She also leaves behind a host of friends and associates near and far, too numerous to name. She was preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Donovan, and several aunts and uncles.
