Of Washington, DC, entered eternal rest on February 13, 2024, Beloved husband of Cheryl A. Rogers, Loving father of Angelique M. Martin (Mark) and Cherie R. Smith (Edward); grandfather of Nicolas De Los Santos (deceased), Mark Martin, Jr., Madison Smith, Marquis Martin, and Autumn Smith; and brother of Gregory T. Rogers (Ling). Also survived by other family and friends. Friends will be received at St. Andrews Catholic Church 11600 Kemp Mill Road Silver Spring, MD 20902 at 10:00 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am.
